Craft Victoria is pleased to be partnering with the City of Melbourne's City Library to hold Craft Hatch – an incubator market that showcases the work of student and emerging designers. Craft Hatch is a rare opportunity for you to purchase the freshest, hand-made products direct from the designer; including homewares, jewellery, clothing, accessories, stationery and more.

On Saturday 11 September we're proud to be presenting some of Melbourne's best graduating students and emerging designers, along with a few fresh new faces. This edition of the market focuses on supporting graduating students – the next wave of talent.

In October Craft Hatch makes a special move to the State Library of Victoria to celebrate the end of SLV exhibition 'til you drop - Shopping: A Melbourne History. Join us on Saturday 23 October for a bumper edition of Craft Hatch at SLV's Experimedia space.

Craft Hatch is held every second Saturday of the month from 11am-4pm. The market is wheelchair accessible.

Craft Hatch is an excellent opportunity to make your first step into the design world. Join us in November where there's double the fun with two markets taking place on Saturday 13 November at the City Library and Sunday 28 November at 1000 £ Bend in celebration of Bikefest. Our final market for 2010 will be happening on Saturday 11 December back at the City Library.
