For The Vessel: A Space Oddity, Garry Bish will create a number of clay vessels featuring architectural drawings.

Bish's work will explore the nature of perspective and create an effect that warps the viewer's sensation of space. When devices employed by painters for the creation of pictorial depth are applied to the wall of a three dimensional ceramic object an ambiguous dimension arises. The Vessel: A Space Oddity explores this strange space through a series of architectural images with enhanced perspectives. The space on the surface of the objects appears to breach their surface and invade the space within the clay.
